Preparation

Create a survey on movement-related habits, upload the survey to Google Form, and send this out to students with a request to distribute among members of the community (friends and family) several days before the start of the scenario.

Course of activity

step 1

Explain the aims and objectives of the project to students, answer any questions and ensure students understand the scope of the activity.

step 2

Send out a survey (by email or WhatsApp) to collect data on the movement-related habits of children during the day (how long they sleep, sit, run, walk, etc.). The questionnaire should be uploaded as a Google Form, with a link that students can send to their family members and other children in the neighbourhood.
