Explain the aims and objectives of the project to students, answer any questions and ensure students understand the scope of the activity.

Send out a survey (by email or WhatsApp) to collect data on the movement-related habits of children during the day (how long they sleep, sit, run, walk, etc.). The questionnaire should be uploaded as a Google Form, with a link that students can send to their family members and other children in the neighbourhood.
