The teacher will help students to come up with questions for the occupational therapist and will meet with the therapist in advance to match expectations and pass on the student’s questions.

In an interactive discussion, the OT will address the importance of proper posture while sitting and standing and the effects of poor posture. In addition, they will discuss how physical activity contributes to physical and cognitive functioning (such as organisation, planning and working memory) both in school and out.
