Course of activity

step 1

Students will individually write down what they already know about pollution.

step 2

They will then be divided into small groups and share their ideas. In their groups they will look at if there are similarities and differences between their ideas, and whether they agree or disagree with each other.

step 3

A group list of ideas will then be made and then shared and compared as a class, addressing any misconceptions. Students will then learn what pollution is, and then their ideas will be displayed.
